We offer free tracked shipping on every order to addresses across the United Kingdom.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
Where we deliver
We currently ship to all UK addresses, including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Some remote areas and islands may take a few extra days. We do not currently ship outside the UK.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking may take 2–3 business days to show updates after dispatch.
Multiple items
If you order several items, they may be sent from different locations and arrive in separate parcels on different days. You will receive tracking for each parcel.
Customs, duties and taxes
The price you pay at checkout is the final price. There are no extra import fees, duties or taxes to pay on delivery. If a carrier ever asks you for an unexpected charge, do not pay it and contact us at contact@holdybags.com.
Delays, lost or damaged parcels
- Delivery times are estimates. Peak periods and carrier delays can occasionally add a few days.
- If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, contact us and we will investigate and send a replacement or a full refund.
- If your parcel arrives damaged, please email us photos within 7 days of delivery so we can sort it out quickly.
Address accuracy
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible. We can only change the address before the order is dispatched.
