Terms of Service

These terms apply to every purchase made on holdybags.com. By placing an order, you agree to them. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

1. About us

holdybags.com is operated by Chip Sales Servicos LTDA, CNPJ 52.429.218/0001-60, Rua Quinze de Novembro, 278, Centro, Campo Bom – RS, 93701-070, Brazil ("Holdy Bags", "we", "us"). Contact: contact@holdybags.com. Our only official website is holdybags.com.

2. Our products

We sell maternity and changing bags, pushchair organisers, travel and bag organisers, and insulated bottle bags. We make every effort to show products accurately, but colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Product dimensions and capacities are approximate.

Our insulated bags help keep items warm or cool for a limited time. They are not a substitute for safe food and milk storage guidance, so always check the temperature of bottles and food before feeding.

3. Orders

  • After you place an order, you will receive an email confirming we have received it. The contract is formed when we dispatch your order.
  • We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If this happens, we will refund you in full.
  • You must be 18 or over to place an order.

4. Prices and payment

  • All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any applicable taxes. Delivery to UK addresses is free.
  • Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers.
  • We never request payment by email, message, phone, bank transfer or any other channel outside our checkout. If you receive such a request claiming to be from Holdy Bags, do not pay and report it to contact@holdybags.com.
  • If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm or cancel the order.

5. Delivery

Delivery times and conditions are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.

6. Returns, cancellations and refunds

You can return items within 30 days of delivery, with return shipping paid by us. Full details are in our Refund & Returns Policy. This is in addition to your legal rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

7. Our responsibility to you

  • If we fail to meet these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our failure.
  • We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or breach of your statutory rights.
  • Our products are for domestic and private use. We are not liable for business losses.

8. Intellectual property

All content on holdybags.com, including the Holdy name, logo, images and text, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be used without our permission.

9. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as carrier disruption, strikes or extreme weather. We will let you know and do our best to minimise the delay.

10. Privacy

We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts of your home country.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one shown on our website when you placed it.
